The following criminal defendants failed to appear for a felony arraignment hearing on Wednesday, April 18, 2018:

 

Tristen Javan Durden

Darren Askew

Eric Jerome Nobles

Ruben Munez Soto

 

Judge LeAnn Rafferty, presiding judge of the 123rd Judicial District Court, issued warrants for each defendant's arrest and further, forfeited each defendant's bond.   

 

Each defendant needs to immediately contact the Court Manager, Karen Warr, at 936-598-9928 to schedule a court appearance.
