Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 21st day of March, 2018 at 9:30 am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:

 

1.Approve and pay weekly expenses.

 

2.Approve current payroll.

 

3.Recognize Certificate of Compliance from the Texas Commission on Jail Standards for Shelby County.

 

4.Discuss and take action to disburse Child Safety Fee funds.

 

5.Discuss and possibly take action regarding the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Center regarding the Radio Building.

 

6.Open current bids for the remodeling the bottom floor of the Shelby County Annex building.

 

7.Accept or reject bids for Road & Bridge Pct. 4 for a new Maintainer. 

 

8.Adjourn.
