The NWS has extended and widened the winter advisory area. DOES NOT include San Augustine County, but does include Shelby, Nacogdoches, and Angelina Counties to our West and North... And North into Oklahoma, Arkansas, and over toward Shreveport. We will get the cold and have been near 33-34 degrees all day. We are sitting at 33.9 as of 5:19 pm today with a wind chill in the lower 30's at times. The clouds should form a blanket effect over us and hold our temperatures in this range.
