City of Center: (January 16, 2018) - The City of Center offices will be closed today, Tuesday, January 16, 2018, due to inclement weather. Tuesday's trash route service will run tomorrow, Wednesday, January 17 and other trash routes will be delayed one day.

Center Live Stock Auction: There will be no Center Live Stock auction on Wednesday
Center ISD: all campuses will be closed on Tuesday 1/16/18 due to weather.
Center Christian Academy: will not hold classes on Tues, Jan 16, due to inclement weather and multiple cases of the flu. Information regarding Wed and Thurs will be made available as early as possible.
Carthage ISD: is Closed 1/16/18
DPS Office Closures: Due to weather concerns, Texas Department of Public Safety area offices in the following counties, including Driver License offices will be closed Tuesday, January 16, 2018.

Fannie Brown Booth Library: will be Closed Tuesday, January 16th, due to the expected freezing precipitation. If we do get the forecasted freezing rain and/or snow, the library sidewalks could be slippery and dangerous for our patrons. We will open again on Wednesday, January 17th, at 10:00 a.m.
