1. They approved and paid weekly expenses and approved the current payroll.  

 

2. The court took action to approve Fisical Year 2017 Budget Line Item Transfers.

 

3. They took action to recognize Fisical Year 2017 Fund cash balance for Precincts 1,2,3,4 and adjust the Fisical Year 2018 Cash on Hand Budget and Fisical Year 2017 Expense Budget for each precinct accordingly.

 

Here are the results: Presinct 1 $429,000 into fixed assests, Presinct 2 $200,000 into fixed assets, Presinct 3 $200,000 into fixed assets, Presinct 4 $450,000 into fixed assets.

 

4. They discussed and approved purchasing additional Serenity software for JP 1 Melisa Crouch.

 

5. They approved the 2017 Resolution for the Indigent Defense Grant Program.

 

6. The Court discussed and approved upgrading the Courthouse internet service from DSL and U-verse to a fiber connection through AT&T.  After listening to a presentation by Ann Blackwell and Jason Fulbright.

 

7. Commissioner Pct.3 to discuss what Maintainer he will lease.  He was approved to lease a Catipller for 3 years for $238,414.
