Tom Johnson Weather Update

It looks like cooler temperatures will hang around for a while over the
next 10 days or so.  I hope the NWS Briefing tomorrow morning reflects the
same weather news. The next 10 days starts with a cold front headed our
way. That should bring clouds and a wind shift by late Friday evening.

*Better news* We could see some misty stuff late Friday evening into
Saturday morning. The rain chances jump to 75% by 2-3 pm on Saturday, but
only 1/3 inch of rain at most.  Our best chance of seeing the rain drops is
on Sunday beginning about 4am through 11am with 100% as it stands now. A
T-storm is possible, but nothing severe anticipated....just a 1/2 to 3/4
inches of rain during those hours.

Clearing with Sunny Skies for the rest of next week.

?Don't forget our National Weather Service SkyWarn training on Thursday the
2nd of November at 5:30pm in the San Augustine County Courthouse. *Everyone
interested in attending is welcome bring a friend or family member*   It
is free!  Please *RSVP* so we can have the correct amount of handouts.?
