An outer band of heavy rain, wind, embedded T-storms, and dangerous

lightning is moving into San Augustine County. Bronson has caught 5.5+

inches of rain this morning with most of that coming with the next outer

band headed our way. The lights are beginning to flicker on occasion. Not

unexpected with saturated ground and winds steady at 10 with gusts to
