Shelby County Arrest Report for August 11^th & 12^th

Rileigh Windham, 18, of Center was arrested by Shelby County Sheriffs for Public Intoxication.

Lyntel Tyrone Smith, 36, of Center was arrested by Shelby County Sheriffs for Aggravated Sexual Assault and Retaliation.

Toby Runnels, 41, of Center was arrested by Texas State Game Warden for Driving While Intoxicated.

Stephen Ray Channel, 39, of Center was arrested by Tenaha Deputy Marshall for Violation of Probation.

All Suspects are Innocent Until Proven Guilty Before a Court of Law
