The East Texas Poultry Festival is just around the corner in October, so now is the time to start lining out your creative arts to be displayed and eligible for judging.  All creative art divisions are open to elementary, youth and adult participants who reside in Shelby County.  This year, the following creative art divisions will be featured:

Crafts 

Quilts

Canning

Photography

Horticulture

Woodworking

Metal Art

 

 

Entry forms and a complete set of division rules and guidelines are available from the Extension office and the Chamber of Commerce.  The creative art show will be held at the new Extension gym building October 5-7, 2017.  So get your crochet needle, paint brush, canning jars, plant specimens, camera, sander, sewing machine, and welding torch in gear and plan to enter this fun event and let everyone in Shelby County see your creative talent!
