b. Utility Billing Manager

6. Discussion & Council Action on Payment of Bills.

7. Discussion & Council Action on approval of iTour USA proposals for postings within the City of Joaquin.

8. Discussion by Council on the possibility of hiring a City Marshal.

9. Discussion & Council Action on Financial Agreement with Joaquin Economic Development Committee.

10. Discussion & Council Action on approval of candidates to fill part-time administrative and temporary part -time public works position.

11. Discussion & Council Action on appointment of individual to fill the council seat vacated by Pat Gray.
