Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners' Court will be held on the 23rd day of July, 2012 at 9:30am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse to deliberate and consider action on the following items 1. Approve and pay monthly expenses and amend budget line items accordingly. 2. Update by the Auditor regarding TAC Health Insurance rates for 2012-2013 Plan year. 3. Eric Carver of Axley and Rode to address the court concerning the completion of the FY 2011 Audit.  4. City Manager Chad Nehring to address the court concerning the Sidewalk Enhancement project by the City of Center. and 5. Danny Lawrence to give update and information on radios that need added or upgraded for the Commissioners.
