A local young lady will be featured on the TLC Channel's Toddlers & Tiaras at 8 p.m. Tonight. 10-year old Jasmine Cooks will be among the contestants in the Miss Mardi Gras Madness Pagent in Shreveport. A camera crew followed Jasmine for two days to film her and her family, which will be shown during tonight's episode. By the way, Jasmine won the title of Miss Mardi Gras Madness Outfit of Choice Supreme. Jasmine is the the daughter of Robert and Tiffanie King and Robert Cooks, and the Granddaughter of Y.D and Sandrel Jackson along with Lula Cooks and James and Barbara Edwards. Jasmine will be honored at T&R Steaks and More from 7 p.m. Tonight. All friends and family are invited. Again, that's at 8 p.m. Tonight on the TLC Channel.
