Ann Watson, R.N. Public Health Educator will be in San Augustine on April 12th and May 10th from 8:30 - 10:00 a.m at the Food Bank.  She will be there to help people that are diagnosed with Diabetes, Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), including Hypertension and also Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and she will be doing individual counseling and providing some supplies to help them manage their disease better.
