More rain. North of the I30 corridor and down to just North of IH20 is where the warm, moist air will clash with the cold air mass moving toward us. That is the area of severe weather concern for today. More light rain for our area. We may see another 1/4 of an inch as the rain moves from the SW of Houston area to the NE. Rain chances at 60% by mid afternoon.
Tomorrow that area of marginal risk does include the area where we live. Mostly strong winds, T-storms, some hail, and dangerous lightning. 90% chance of 1/2 to 3/4 inch of rain or more under the widely scattered storms.

More light rain is trending for the balance of this week and is expected to give us rain opportunities through Saturday.
- Don't forget Sunday at 2:00 am, we lose an hour as we start our 2017 Daylight Savings Time. Sorry, but it's true
