East Texas Poultry Festival Open Photography Show

Deadline for entries Saturday, September 17

The Poultry Festival Open Photography Show, sponsored by Vieux Carre' Photography,

in conjunction with the 40th East Texas Poultry Festival, presented by Farmers State

Bank will be held at the office of Dr. Charles R. Collard, O.D. located next to the RIO

Theatre on the downtown Center Square, October 6, 7 and 8, from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00

p.m.

According to event Chairman and coordinator, Billie Jones, photography entries will

be accepted at First United Methodist Church (basement), 211 Porter Street, Saturday,

September 17 from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. For more information Mrs. Jones may be reached

Photography Show entry forms and rules may be picked up at the Chamber of Commerce

office located in the old jail inside the Historic Courthouse Square from 9:00 a.m.

until 4:00 p.m., Friday or Farmers State Bank or may be found at  www.shelbycountychamber.com

 

Please have all forms completed before entering.

Along with photography entry forms on the website there are entry forms for the 

11th Annual Quilt Show, sponsored by Scull Timber, and entry forms for the 2nd Annual

Can-A-Rama.

40th ANNUAL EAST TEXAS POULTRY FESTIVAL

T-SHIRTS ON SALE AT AREA BUSINESSES

The Shelby County Chamber of Commerce has distributed the 40th Annual East Texas

 Poultry Festival t-shirts to area businesses. T-shirts may be purchased at Citizens

Bank Center Branch, Farmers State Bank main branch, The Balcony, all located on 

the Center downtown square, Sabine State Bank & Trust 

Hurst St., Farmers State Bank - Roughrider Dr., Farmers State Bank, Shelbyville 

branch and Farmers State Bank in Haslam. T-shirts may also be purchased at the Chamber

of Commerce office on the square next to the Historic courthouse.

The 40th East Texas Poultry Festival, presented by Farmers State Bank 

begins with the Opening Ceremonies, sponsored by High Roller Wells, LLC, at 10:00

a.m. on Thursday, October 6 and runs through Saturday, October 8.
