May 19, 2016-Tiger Fest in SEC 6:00 pm includes  8th Grade Completion Ceremonies & Kindergarten Graduation; Tiger Café’ opens at 5:00 pm; HS Robotics in Kilgore

 

May 20, 2016-Early Release-11:30 am; End 6th Grading Period; Scholarship Assembly 9:30 am in Café’; 6th Grade Band in Canton; Boo the Bully in Elementary Gym (K-5)

 

May 23, 2016-Teaher In-Service Begins; Summer Nutrition Program Begins (Breakfast 7:30 am/ Lunch 11:30 am-Served Monday – Thursday)

 

May 26, 2016-Early Release-12:30 pm; HS Graduation 7 pm in SEC; Graduation Pics

 

May 30, 2016-Memorial Day Holiday; Band Solo and Ensemble in Austin

 

 

 

Summer Hours will start on June 3rd,2016-August 3rd,2016: Hours of operation will be 7:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday – Thursday.

 

 

 

Graduation Celebration 2016

 

Tenaha ISD seniors mark your calendar and join the graduation party at 6:00 pm, May 21, at the Youth Center. Dress is casual school attire.

 

 

 

Tenaha Elementary students in PK - 5th grades participated in the Tree House Bully Program presented by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council (ADAC).  Students were encouraged to say no to drugs and discussed how to handle bullies throughout life.

 

 

 

         

 

 

 

Tenaha Elementary 3rd grade students enjoyed a field trip on Thursday, May 12th to the Texas State Railroad in Rusk, Texas.

 

 

 

 

 

Elementary kindergarten students had a special visitor last week and boy did they enjoy it!!
