Bond Bits – The TISD bond proposal includes the relocation of our playground to a safer area behind the elementary school.  Currently, students must cross a road in order to get to the playground.  The new playground would include the repurposing of the existing Ag Science building/restrooms into an open pavilion with restrooms and a play area.  This would be a much safer arrangement.

 

TES Pre-K News - This week, Pre-K has been celebrating Reading Across America and Dr. Seuss's birthday.  We have been reading Green Eggs and Ham, Red Fish Blue Fish, The Cat and the Hat, and many other Dr. Seuss books.  Today, as part of our celebration, Ms. Penny's class cooked green eggs and ham.  Each student was served some green eggs and ham.  The kids loved it and wanted more.

 

Teens In The Driver Seat Contest - Great news! Timpson High School is leading in the Teens in the Driver Seat contest. Attached is an update on the contest. The purpose of the contest is to promote safe driving habits for teenagers.
