936 Crossfit held their ribbon cutting event on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at their new location at 139 Catco Drive in Center. The Shelby County Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors helped to introduce Grant Belrose, 936 Crossfit Owner, to visitors attending the ribbon cutting event.  "The biggest question I get is, 'what is crossfit?' and 'what do we do?' and really the best way to answer that is to get in here and try," said Belrose. "What we define crossfit as, we have three big bullet points of crossfit and that's functional movement, constantly varied and high intensity. The type of workout is different in that it doesn't rely on machines for the most part instead it is more about body motion.
