Prentice  “P.O.” Sample, 86, of Shelbyville, passed away Monday, December 7, 2015 at his residence.

 

Services will be 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at Mangum Funeral Home with Bro. Kerry Green officiating. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 8, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Mangum Funeral Home.

 

He was born August 22, 1929 in Shelby County to Willie and Mae (Metcalf) Sample.

 

He is preceded in death by his Parents, Willie & Mae Sample, Sister, Mildred Green, Father-in-law & Mother-in-law, Arvie & Della Shofner, Brothers-in-law, Jack Shofner & Pete Shofner and Sister-in-law, Sue Shofner.
