Sheriff Rodney Arbuckle would like to announce the arrest of a suspect involved in inappropriate sexual acts with a juvenile.  DeSoto Parish Sheriff's Office received an anonymous tip about the suspect, identified as Justin Riley Bell (W/M - DOB: 12/27/1983) of Mansfield, LA, in reference to inappropriate sexual contact with a juvenile.  Following a month's long investigation by a Detective assigned to juvenile sex crimes, sufficient evidence was gathered to obtain a warrant for Mr. Bell on the charges of LA R.S. 14:81 Indecent Behavior with Juvenile(s) (2 counts) and LA R.S. 14:43 Sexual Battery.  Following the issuance of the warrant, Mr. Bell turned himself in to the DeSoto Parish Sheriff's Office where he was placed under arrest.  Mr. Bell was booked into the DeSoto Parish Detention Center with a bond set at $180,000.00.
