On Saturday (11/21/15) at around 6 PM, Angelina County DPS Troopers responded to and are currently investigating a crash that occurred on FM 2251, where a citizen was struck by a vehicle while riding a horse. The only available information at this time is that the vehicle is possibly a silver truck which failed to stop and render aid and fled the scene traveling southbound on FM 2251 with damage to the front portion of the vehicle.
