Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 28th day of September, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:

 

           

           

 

1.                  Approve and pay monthly expenses.

 

2.                  Public Comments on Agenda items.

 

3.                  Discuss and Possibly Approve the Dish Machine Rental Agreement for the Sheriff’s Department.

 

4.                  Discuss and Record the Amendment of  FY 2016 Commissary Budget.

 

5.                  Discussion and Approval of the Public Assistance Alternative Procedures Pilot Program for Debris Removal Acknowledgement.

 

6.                  Discuss and Possibly take action to purchase a Loader from Buyboard for Precinct 4.

 

7.                  Adjourn.
