Shelby County 4 H Shooting Sports scores another big win!

Logan Holloway will be competing in the finals this year in Whizbang.

Whizbang is a cooperative program between Texas 4-H Shooting Sports and Texas Parks and Wildlife department. Whizbang consists of 5 stations with ten targets at each station.  There is a minimum of six trap machines and a maximum of eight traps per whizbang.  Most of the county shoots have whizbangs set up by the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department making them whizbang qualifiers.  A 4-H shooter must attend at least six whizbang qualifiers to be eligible to make the whizbang finals in October.  The top four scores are then added together to get a whizbang total.  Only the top five 4-H shooters in each age division of the State are asked to attend the whizbang finals.  The finals will be held at the National Shooting Complex in San Antonio in  October.  Please help us wish Logan good luck at the Whizbang finals!
