Law Enforcement and First responders along with civilians of the community all gathered today at 11am on the Center Square to honor the fallen officers in Texas. They lined one side of the square with patrol cars and ambulances with red and blue lights on flashing. Everyone got together around the flag poles and had prayer and a moment of silence. Among participants were Sherriff Willis Blackwell and the Shelby County Sheriffs office, State Troopers with the Texas Department of Public Safety, Center Police Department, Timpson Police Department, Center Fire Department, ACE EMS, Constables, Probation Officers, and many civilians.
