He worked many years for Tipton Ford in Nacogdoches as a car salesman and also served as a City of Nacogdoches policeman. Among Garland (Mac) McLeroy's survivors is his wife, Opal McLeroy of Timpson; daughter, Tawnya & Robert Dornak of Sugarland; and stepson, Gary & Neisha Trentleman of Wylie.
