Shelby County Outreach Ministries has been taking applications for home repair assistance for the UM "ARMY" crews that will be in Center July 20-24. Patsy Carl at Helping Hands Outreach advises the process has ended with a very good response seeking help.

Ms. Carl expresses her appreciation to all that applied and said applications are now going into a data base to verify qualifications for repair assistance.

Members of the United Methodist Action Reachout Mission by Youth - or the UM ARMY - spend a week in a community doing home repairs for area elderly and disabled people.
