The East Texas Peace Officers Association will hold its 64^th annual Training Conference in Center June 28-30 at the Windham Civic Center. As part of the event a blood drive will be held, Monday, June 29 from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Windham Civic Center. All donors receive a $5 Starbucks card.
