Shelby County Commissioners' Court has a special meeting at 9:30 a.m. this morning and among the agenda items for discussion and possible action includes the purchase of a rubber tire backhoe for Pct. 3 from the Buyboard; yearly renewal application for insurance coverage through the Texas Association of Counties Risk Management Pool for general liability, public official liability, law enforcement liability and crime coverage. This item was tabled from the meeting two weeks ago so as to get input from concerning district court.

Commissioners will also consider the data use agreement between Computer Information Concepts and Shelby County Tax Assessor.

In addition, the court will accept or reject bids for road oil.
