The Center City Council will have a regular meeting at 5 p.m. today.

Before then, council will meet at 4:30 p.m. for a special workshop pertaining to preliminary budget discussion.

During the regular meeting, the governing body will discuss and possible take action on a resolution for airport capital improvements; street closure request for the What-A-Melon 5K Run/Walk by the Center Rotary Club; an inter-local agreement with Texas Municipal League Multi-State Intergovernmental Employee Benefits Pool, the annual renewal of employee health insurance, and Shelby County Appraisal District Board FY 2015 Budget.
