Center’s Official Weather Observer Jim Forbes tells Center Broadcasting the two-day Tropical Depression Bill rain total in Center was 7.11 inches, which brings the June rainfall total to 8.82 inches. The June monthly average is 5.30 inches.

Forbes says year-to-date he’s recorded 49.74 inches of rain in Center, and the yearly average total rainfall is 54.20 inches.

He added if we receive just the average monthly rainfall through the remainder of 2015, we’ll break a 58-year old record of 72.79 inches set in 1957.
