Official weather observer Jim Forbes reports 6.54 inches of rain as of 7 a.m. in the past 24-hours. This breaks the previous record of 4.54 inches on June 25, 1999.

 

Forbes says the June total rainfall record in Center is 10.19 inches in 2002.

 

Terry Carriker on Tenaha Street in Center reported 6.68 inches in 24-hours this morning.
