Watson & Sons Funeral Home announces a graveside service for infant Jeremy Thomas Peek, Jr. He passed away Sunday in Nacogdoches. Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Strong Cemetery in Huxley. Among Jeremy Thomas Peek, Jr.’s survivors, is his parents, Jeremy Peek & Jessica Selph of Shelbyville; grandparents, John & Georgia Peek of Huxley.

 

Taylor Funeral Home of Timpson announces the death of 99-year old Burlene Moore Cardwell Anderson of Timpson. She passed away Friday, May 30 at Garrison Nursing Home. It was her wishes to be cremated and no service is planned at this time. Among Burlene Moore Cardwell Anderson’s survivors are grandsons, Gordon Thomas & Donna Garret, John Cardwell & Lea Garrett.

 

Mangum Funeral Home announces service for 58-year old Jose Benedicto Beatriz of Tenaha. Service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Mangum Funeral Home Chapel, with burial at Willow Grove Cemetery in Joaquin. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Mangum Funeral Home. He worked for Tyson Foods in Carthage.

 

Hicks Mortuary of Center announces service for 82-year old Ruth Lister of Shelbyville. She passed away Sunday at Stallings Court Nursing Facility in Nacogdoches. Service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, with burial at McWilliams Cemetery in the Todd Springs Community, Shelby County. Visitation will be at 12 noon Saturday. Among Ruth Lister’s survivors is a daughter, Rachel & Elder Willie Johnson of Nacogdoches; sister, LaMerle Yarbrough of Timpson

 

Garner & Son Mortuary in San Augustine announces service for 81-year old Mrs. Berline McCoy “Annie” Malone of San Augustine. She passed away last Thursday at Colonial Pines Healthcare Center in San Augustine. Service will be at 12 noon Saturday at China Chapel Baptist Church, with interment at Redland Cemetery. Viewing will be from 12:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Friday at Garner & Son Chapel. Among Annie Malone’s survivors are sons, Lewis & Doris Malone of San Augustine, Charles Darrin Malone of San Augustine, Clifford Tyrone & Tasha Malone of Shreveport, and Winfred & Betty Watts of Lufkin; daughters, Fannie Jean & Daniel Holman of San Augustine and Darlene & Earl Jones of Tyler; brothers, Jerry & Patricia McCoy of Dallas and James McCoy of Lufkin; and sister, Doris Jean Swindle of San Augustine.
