TIMPSON ISD BEAR UPDATE

Pre-Kindergarten & Kindergarten Registration -

 

Registration for PK-4 and Kindergarten for the 2015-2016 school year will be held May 8, 2015 from 8:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.  Parents or legal guardians may register students in the elementary office.

 

PK-4 ENROLLMENT

 

PK students must be 4 as of September 1, 2015.  Parents or legal guardians must register students.  The following information must be provided for students to be enrolled:

 

            Certified birth certificate

            Social security card

            Current immunization record

            Proof of residency

 

            Proof of residency must include a physical address and utility bill.  Post Office boxes are not acceptable.

 

KINDERGARTEN ENROLLMENT:

 

To be eligible for Kindergarten enrollment, students must be 5 years old as of September 1, 2015.  Parents or legal guardians must register students.  The following information must be presented for enrollment:

 

            Certified birth certificate

            Social security card

            Current immunization record

 

PK students already enrolled in Timpson Elementary do not need to register for Kindergarten.

Pre- K News – Timpson ISD Pre-K attended Ag day at Center Rodeo Arena Friday on May 1st. The children got to see quilting, animal skins and a variety of animals.  They also learned about seat belt safety and the dangers of not wearing a seat belt. They also enjoyed the petting zoo and riding on a hay ride.
