The Timpson City Council meets at 5:30 p.m. this afternoon and among their agenda items for discussion and possible action will be Archie Street sewer repair/replacement; Austin Bank sewer repair; review bids and select a contractor for annual fire hydrant audit; and road repairs to Driver’s and Yarbrough Lane. County Commissioner Bradley Allen is to be on hand to discuss the cost of white rock and what type of assistance the city can receive from the county.

In addition, the Timpson council will discuss separate police department bookkeeping/checking account request by Councilman Ronnie Wolfe; review possible savings of paying off an equipment and land note; and having Runnels property surveyed and appraised for possible future development.
