If you've ever thought of serving as a foster parent or know of anyone that may be interested, Texas Department of Family and Protective Services will have an informational meeting to learn more about the agency and how they are able to help one through the verification and approval process.

Trina Williams, a foster and adoptive home developer will be on hand at 912 Nacogdoches Street this afternoon making three presentations.

Attendees have an opportunity from 12 to 1 p.m., 1:15 to 2:15 p.m. and 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.
