Former Governor of Texas Rick Perry is traveling through East Texas next week. He will be visiting Center on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 for lunch with his friends.

Past Shelby County Judge Rick Campbell is organizing the event. Bobby Daw and the Shelby County Cookers will be cooking for all. This is not a fundraiser. This is a free event.

Governor Rick Perry has been a friend and supporter of Shelby County during his many years of service in Austin. He is attached to his many Shelby County Friends. Despite your political beliefs, we would love a large crowd at the John D. Windham Civic Center to show appreciation to Governor Perry on his visit to Center.

A weak turn out would be embarrassing, so please mark your calendar for 11:30am - 1pm, Tuesday, March 31, at the John D. Windham Civic Center.
