The Shelby County Chamber of Commerce's 8th annual Health & Fitness Fair is today from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Windham Civic Center.

Other than mammograms, all screenings are free.

Meg Camp is chairman of the fair, and says some 47 vendors, will be providing health screenings which include glucose, cholesterol, spinal, heart awareness, and vision.

Information will also be provided on home health, nursing homes, hospice, nutrition and caregiver relief. Mammogram appointment deadline was yesterday.

Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center is also on site with a donor coach.

Guest speakers include Dr. Dan Wilkins speaking on "stress management' at 10:30 a.m. and Wes Bynum of Hospice of East Texas on "caregiver care" at 12:30 p.m.
