Speed appears to have played a factor when a Center man lost control of his vehicle and rolled it on FM 711 around 11 p.m. last night.

The crash scene was about two miles from Hwy. 7 west.

According to information, 28-year old Cory Ashton lost control of his 2015 Kia with the car coming to rest on its top.

Ashton refused medical treatment.
