The Southern jet stream is taking a deep dip and coming up right over the Texas - LA border.  It is pushing another warm Gulf air rain event into our area for late tonight and tomorrow with as much as 1' of rain with it.  

This is a fast mover and should be through our area by late Thursday evening and bring us a nice Friday by lunch time. Our temps should not be affected much by the rain and should remain near 70 degrees and higher on Friday with the sun by mid morning.
