Center’s official weather observer Jim Forbes says February ended with 3.14 inches of rain, which was below the monthly average by 1.81 inches. For the year, Forbes says Center’s rain is above average after two months by 3.57 inches.

The high temperature was 77 degrees on Feb. 9, and the low was 27 degrees on Feb. 24 & 27.
