Garrison Funeral Home announces the passing of 77-year old Katherine Adele Lockhart Michna of Garrison. She passed away Wednesday in Nacogdoches. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Among Katherine Adele Lockhart Michna's survivors is her husband, Robert J. Michna of Garrison; son, Steven Lee & Lucy Slater of Arkansas; daughter, Pattie Slater & John Lockhart of Garrison; step-daughter, Melanie & David Thompson of Indiana; and step-son, March & Debbie Michna of Ohio.

 

Watson & Sons Funeral Home announces service for 89-year old Frank M. Jousan, Sr. of Joaquin. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. this evening at Watson & Sons Funeral Home. Service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Watson & Sons Chapel, with interment at New Hope Cemetery, Center. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Joaquin United Methodist Church Scholarship Fund and Joaquin Senior Citizens Center.

 

Mangum Funeral Home announces a graveside service for 91-year old Atlee Jane Adams of Stafford. Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. today at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center. Visitation will held at noon at Mangum Funeral Home. She was a Center High School graduate.

 

Mangum Funeral Home announces service for 23-year old Daurin Andrez Chel Sanchez of Center. Service will be at 5 p.m. Sunday at the Templo Principe de Pas, on Hwy. 7 West in Center.

 

Taylor Funeral Home in Timpson announces service for 90-year old Lewis Fain Ramsey. He passed away Tuesday. Service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Taylor Funeral Home Chapel, with interment in the Tennessee Cemetery, Shelby County. Visitation will be from 12 noon to service time.

 

Taylor Funeral Home in Timpson announces service for 92-year old William Herbert Hearnsberger of Garrison. Service will be held at 10 a.m. this morning at First Baptist Church in Garrison, with interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Garrison. Memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church, Garrison, designated for mission funds in William Herbert Hearsberger's name.

 

Wyman Roberts Funeral Home in San Augustine announces service for 71-year old Mrs. Freida J. Grimes of San Augustine. She passed away Thursday in San Augustine. Service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Wyman Roberts Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. this evening at Wyman Roberts Funeral Home. Among Freida J. Grimes survivors is a daughter, Dana Wilkerson of Zwolle; sons, David Wilkerson and Corey “Buster” Twyla Wilkerson, all of Jacksonville.

 

Laird Funeral Home in Nacogdoches announces service for 84-year old Mildred Lee Eaves Pierce of Nacogdoches, a former longtime Shelby County resident. She passed away Tuesday. Service will be at 12 noon today at Laird Funeral Home in Nacogdoches, with burial at Spann Chapel Cemetery, Shelby County. Among Mildred Lee Eaves Pierce’s survivors is a son, Earl Keith Tindall; daughter, Brenda Ann & Kenneth Young; and niece: Daphne Lovell.

 

Colonial Mortuary in Lufkin is in charge of a memorial service for 54-year old Debbie Ann Garrett of Shelbyville. Memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Bell Chapel Baptist Church in San Augustine. Cremation will follow.
