Center Middle School Junior Beta Club attended the annual Texas State Convention held in Grapevine, Texas on February 16-17, 2015 at The Texas Gaylord.

Beta Members have been preparing for competition in several events at the state level.  Their diligence and hard work resulted in several students earning the privilege to compete at national level this summer.

Competitions resulted in the following:
First Place – Spotlight Your Club - Mallory Fausett, Taylor Burch, Olivia Johnson, Kalei LaRock, and (not pictured) Annah Kate Morris
Second Place – Oil/Acrylics - Kamryn Holt
Second Place – Essay - Kamryn Holt
First Place – Handmade Jewelry - Keelan Williams
First Place – Wreath-Benjamin Galindo
Second Place – Living Literature  -Tyler Herndon, Cheyenne Byrnes, Makayla Mayo, Dalton Snider, Katelyn Bolton, Keaton Watlington, Josh Clinton, Dayton Bush, Caroline Scull, Bryanna Sample, Keelan Williams, Blane Agnew, Grant Hockenberry, Colton Crawford (not pictured).
 

National competition will be held June 25-29, 2015 at Gaylord Opryland Hotel, Nashville, TN.
