The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an incident where a child was found non-responsive early Monday morning at a trailer park off off Hwy. 96 north on County Road 4356, north of Center Country Club.

The 9-1-1 call came into the sheriff’s office around 4 a.m. with ACE EMS and sheriff’s department responding.

The child, reported to be around 6-months old was taken to Center Emergency Department.
