The Joaquin ISD Board of Trustees will have a public hearing at 6 p.m. this evening to discuss the district’s educational performance on the Texas Academic Performance Report.

This will be followed by a regular meeting of the board.

Among the agenda items will be a report on personnel reductions and assignments for the 2015-16 school year.

Under action items, the Joaquin ISD Trustees will consider the Student Transfer Agreement.

In closed session, the superintendent’s evaluation, principal’s contract, special education director, band director and curriculum and instruction director will be discussed.

Any action would be done so in open session.
