Details are sketchy but we understand a child was accidentally struck by an automobile last evening off Shelbyville Street in East Center at the Pecan Grove Trailer Park.

The child was taken by ambulance to Center Emergency Department and from what we have been able to gather, was life-flighted to another facility.

The condition of the child is not known or other details available.
