Monday is President’s Day, a national and state holiday.

Banks, the Post Office, federal and state offices, along with county courthouses are all closed Monday. City and town offices around the area are also closed for business Monday.

As for schools, not all districts are observing the holiday.

The Center ISD and Joaquin ISD will not have classes Monday. Check with your child’s school to make sure.
