A Nacogdoches County grand jury has indicted a county constable accused of unlawfully using a taser on a woman.

Nacogdoches County Pct. 2 Constable David Sebastian has been charged with official oppression.

The incident was reported to have occurred Aug. 1.

The 43-year old Sebastian turned himself in Wednesday and posted a $2,000 bond.

Its not know why Sebastian reportedly used the taser on the woman.

Sheriff Jason Bridges said it’s an ongoing investigation by Texas Rangers.
