Service will be at 2 p.m. this afternoon at Watson & Sons Funeral Home, with interment at Smith Cemetery, Center. Visitation will be held prior to service beginning at 12 noon. Among Bobby B. Jones' survivors is his wife, Karen Jones of Center; children, Donna Jones of Center, Terry & Kerry Beard of Garrison, Monica & Randy Chandler and Bruce & Claudann Jones, all of Center; brothers & sisters, Helen & Oswalt Samford, Billie Wall, Pat & Monk Peace, Sam & Joy Jones, David Jones, Mary Walker and Rose Jones, all of Center, and Joe Norris and Linda & Bobby Foreman, of Houston.

 

Watson & Sons Funeral Home announces service for 79-year old Oren C. “Chuck” Sechler, of Shelbyville. He passed away Monday in Nacogdoches. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. this evening at Watson & Sons Funeral Home. Service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Watson & Sons Chapel, with interment at Sholar Cemetery in Center. Among Chuck Sechler’s survivors are children, Linda Darnell & Perry Shy of South Lake, Shirley Evon Lewis of Port Arthur and Charles Anthony “Tony” & Marilyn Sechler of Douglass; and brother, Jerry Glenn & Elizabeth Sechler of Pearland.

 

Watson & Sons Funeral Home is in charge of a memorial service for 79-year old Burnice Lareed Griffin of Center. Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Watson & Sons Funeral Home. A visitation will be held one hour prior to service.

 

Wyman Roberts Funeral Home in San Augustine announces service for 53-year old David L. Jamison of San Augustine. He passed away Monday at a San Augustine nursing home. Service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Wyman Roberts Funeral Home, with burial in the Hebron Cemetery in San Augustine County. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. tonight at Wyman Roberts Funeral Home. Among David L. Jamison’s survivors are his sisters, Lenora & Thad Mills of Joaquin and Frances & Robert Scarber of San Augustine; brothers, James & Patricia Moore of Broaddus, Clifford Moore of Kountze and Andy Tackett of Etoile

 

Wyman Roberts of San Augustine is in charge of a graveside service for 50-year old Charles Dewayne Sowell of San Augustine. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. this afternoon at Sowell Cemetery, San Augustine County.

Hicks Mortuary in Center announces service for 93-year old Mr. Lane Bernard Horton, the late twin brother of Mr. Hatcher Bernard Horton. He passed away at Holiday Nursing Center. Service will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday. More details when they become available.
