In the arrest report this morning are five individuals that were taken into custody yesterday by the Shelby County Sheriff’s Department, all charged with Hindering Apprehension/Prosecution of a Known Felon.
It’s our understanding the individuals each told authorities they did not know the whereabouts of a wanted suspect when they actually did. That suspect, 27-year old Dustin Bryan Estes of Tenaha, was also arrested. He was wanted for Burglary of a Building and a Rusk County Warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Charged with Hindering Apprehension/Prosecution of a Known Felon are 24-year old Linda Parent of Joaquin; 45-year old Taunua Amburn of Tenaha; 19-year old Taylor K. Hodges of Tenaha; 18-year old Dakota Amburn of Tenaha; and 24-year old Austin Estes of Tenaha. They are to all be arraigned this morning.
