Watson & Sons Funeral Home announces service for 93-year old Eldora Koonce Holt of Center. She passed away Tuesday in Center. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Watson & Sons Funeral Home. Service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Watson & Sons Chapel, with interment at Mt. Herman Cemetery, Shelby County. Among Eldora Koonce Holt’s survivors are children, Sandra & Marcus Wilson of Center, Phyllis & Jerryl Adams of Center, Phillip & Charlotte Holt of Haslet and Jerry & Cathy Holt of Winter Haven, Florida.

 

Wyman Roberts Funeral Home of San Augustine announces service for 71-year old Mary Janette Chelette of Hempstead, formerly of Broaddus. Service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Broaddus First Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 12 noon to service time Friday at the church. Among Mary Janette Chelette’s survivors are children, Kimberly & Bruce Fortenberry of Groveton and John & Tess Gape of Cypress; brothers, Greg & Kaylene of Magnolia and Larry & Gwen of Spring; sisters, JoAnn & A.D. Melder of Spring, Gail Cook of Hempstead, and Pat & Bob Stewart of Dayton.

 

Wyman Roberts Funeral Home in San Augustine announces service for 86-year old Jean Farrow (Windham) Dickerson of San Augustine. Service will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Liberty Hill Baptist Church, with burial at Macune Cemetery, San Augustine. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Wyman Roberts Funeral Home. Among Jean Farrow (Windham) Dickerson’s survivors are daughters, Sandra & Willard Knight of San Augustine and Linda Gay & Perry Johnson of Prescott, Arkansas; brothers, Harvey Windham of Baytown and James Windham of Lufkin.

 

Wyman Roberts Funeral Home in San Augustine announces a memorial service for 72-year old Woodrow “Woody” Wayne Harrison of San Augustine. He was cremated and a memorial service will be held Saturday, Dec. 27 at 12:30 p.m. at Wyman Roberts Chapel.

 

Garner & Sons Mortuary of San Augustine announces service for 79-year old Mr. Jimmie Noble of Milam. He passed away Thursday at his home. Service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Greater Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Sabine County, with interment at Buckley Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Garner & Son Chapel. Final viewing will be at the Greater Mt. Olive Baptist Church from 12 noon until start of service; there will not be a parting view after the eulogy. Among Jimmie Noble’s survivors is his wife, Creola Noble of Milam; sons, Jimmie Noble, Jr. of Milam and Jerry Noble of Dallas; and daughters, Edna Noble of Milam, Shirley Williams of Milam and Dorothy Williams of Nacogdoches.
